Refund & Return Policy

Floorstock Milwaukee

At Floorstock Milwaukee, we work hard to provide quality flooring materials at competitive pricing. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

  • Laminate flooring

  • Tile

  • Area rugs

  • Accessories

  • Special orders

  • Opened, unused, or leftover materials

  • Installed materials

Please ensure you order the correct product, quantity, and color prior to purchase. We recommend confirming measurements with your contractor before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive product that is visibly damaged at the time of pickup or delivery:

  • Damage must be reported before leaving the warehouse or within 24 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused and uninstalled

  • Photos and documentation may be required

Once flooring is installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be claimed as defective.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying square footage calculations

  • Inspecting product prior to installation

  • Confirming color, style, and lot numbers

Flooring from different lot numbers may have slight variations in shade or texture.

Special Orders

All special orders and custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processed.

Contractor & Bulk Purchases

All contractor pricing and bulk purchases are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
