Shipping & Pickup Policy

Floorstock Milwaukee

Local Pickup (Primary Fulfillment Method)

Floorstock Milwaukee primarily operates as a local pickup warehouse.

  • Orders are available for pickup at our Milwaukee location.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging proper transportation.

  • Product must be inspected at the time of pickup.

Once materials leave our warehouse, they are considered accepted in good condition.


Local Delivery (If Arranged)

In some cases, local delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.

  • Delivery scheduling is subject to availability.

  • Curbside delivery only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customer must inspect materials at time of delivery.

Damage must be noted on delivery paperwork and reported immediately.


Freight & Shipping Orders (Limited Basis)

Although we do not typically ship products, shipping or freight may be arranged upon request.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, pallet size, and destination.

  • All freight shipments are curbside delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Liftgate service may require additional fees.


Freight Damage Policy

Flooring is heavy and shipped via pallet freight.

If freight is arranged:

  • Customer must inspect shipment before signing delivery receipt.

  • Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the carrier’s paperwork.

  • Photos must be taken immediately.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to document damage at time of delivery may void any freight claim.


Shipping Timelines

Most in-stock items are available for pickup within 1–3 business days.
Special orders and large quantities may require additional processing time.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.


Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery

Once products are picked up or delivered, Floorstock Milwaukee is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage

  • Installation issues

  • Contractor errors

  • Damage caused after pickup/delivery
