Damage check before you leave
Look over every box at pickup. Visible damage or defects must be reported before you leave the warehouse, or within 24 hours of delivery, unused and uninstalled — and we'll sort it out.
Check your lot numbers
We pull your order from one dye lot whenever stock allows. Confirm the lot numbers on your boxes at pickup, and order about 10% extra so you keep sealed spares from the same batch for future repairs.
All sales are final
No returns, exchanges or refunds — it's part of how the price stays this low. Use the box calculator or call us before you buy and we'll make sure the count, color and quantity are right.
